Course Summary: AI/ML Preparation Module for Implementers

The AI/ML Preparation Module for Implementers is a focused, 3-day hands-on program designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and implementation-ready skills in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Conducted at IIT Delhi with a limited cohort to ensure effective learning, the course bridges the gap between theoretical foundations and real-world AI/ML applications.

The program begins with an overview of AI, ML, and Deep Learning concepts, followed by structured coverage of data handling, exploratory data analysis, and core supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. Strong emphasis is placed on hands-on sessions, where participants build regression and classification models, gaining confidence in end-to-end ML workflows.

In the advanced phase, the course introduces Generative AI building blocks and their practical relevance. Participants work on implementing a Document Query System, providing exposure to modern AI use cases and system-level thinking. The module is delivered by experienced faculty and practitioners, ensuring both academic rigor and industry relevance.

By the end of the course, participants will be capable of:

• Understanding and applying core AI/ML concepts

• Building and evaluating ML models independently
